I was given a truck with the passenger rear brake light out and turn signal light out. These safety lights should be checked before someone leaves the premises.

Ann PThe location I selected failed to secure my reservation. Waited on the phone for live chat and customer service for 15 minutes. Redirected 14 miles out of my way that ultimately resulted to an over mileage charge. I was charged additional miles for U-Haul mistake. This is my fourth rental in 3 months and this was the worst of them all.
