It was all good the young man that helped me and my 90 year old mother was very patient and understanding and repeated what she couldn't hear which meant a lot to me he made it was a quick and painless process he was very courteous and knowledgeable and friendly it was overall a great experience even when returning the truck he told me what would happen next and how long she would receive her deposit back great job !!!
