Very respectful and great customer service
DALEMEKA MLocation was clean staff helpful but the mechanics who installed the trailer hitch had absolutely no clue what he was doing
DIANA ALocation was clean and professional but charged a $50 cleaning fee because the truck was not to their standard although I received the truck in a much worse state than I returned. When I received the truck, it was so dirty I had to use a leaf blower to clean it out and place old sheets on the ground to ensure my items did not get dirty. Yet I still was charged $50 because I didn’t mop it out. Completely disappointed and frustrated with my U-Haul experience from pick up to drop off.
