The WESTSIDE FOODS U-Haul location was literally the worse experience I've had dealing with U-Haul. They were rude and disrespectful to the 10th degree. Equipment wasn't secured for my trip, and they care more about their customers than U-haul's customer. I would talk more about this situation in full but you're gonna have to call me for this one and i encourage, you should know how poor of service they provide with your U-haul name on it/

brenda sIt was all good the young man that helped me and my 90 year old mother was very patient and understanding and repeated what she couldn't hear which meant a lot to me he made it was a quick and painless process he was very courteous and knowledgeable and friendly it was overall a great experience even when returning the truck he told me what would happen next and how long she would receive her deposit back great job !!!
