How to explain what your deposit covers and be clear that if you go over miles let your customer know that they’ll have to pay for all of there overage miles at $1.09 a mile which wasn’t explained clearly it was made out like you get 100 free miles and if you go over you just pay 1.09 for the 100 miles plus the overage I will not recommend u-haul to anyone thank you for the inconvenience.

desmond jThe service was nice the rep was polite but the experience was not. I had a truck at one location and at the last minute had gotten switched to the other side of town only to get a truck that didn’t ride like a van! The truck wasn’t quite road worthy in my opinion with a rough ride both loaded and unloaded
Reannia PThey did an excellent job.
