We had to change trailer as we discovered faulty/damaged light wiring. Second trailer was perfect.

Tried to do the pick-up, it did not work. I did the location on line and was charged 450$ too much. Tried to do the return by the app, did not work either. The garage where I returned the truck although 3 people were physically there, they told me they were closed. If UHaul was not a monopoly, I would try somewhere else.
