The people over at this location had helped me in a pinch when I needed a U-Haul truck to tow a 50 foot boom lift 100 feet around a home for my business, Full Coverage Painting, LLC in Mukwonago, WI. The U-Haul website was down during the time that I was trying to rent it and they went through every avenue available to help me finalize my rental so I could finish up my work. I am very thankful for their help during a time when U-Haul's website and Point of Sales was down.

The cashier/agent was very kind however the truck was disgusting. There was mud/dirt and left over food all over the floor. The bed of the truck was just as dirty.

STEVEN PI ordered 10 pads that were supposed to be in the truck and there were none. I did obtain one from the employee at the location. Very frustrating seeing that I was charged for them.
