I was disappointed in how I was treated when asked to back a trailer into a tight spot. I told the owner that I was unable to do so and offered to allow him to back the trailer up or give me directions on turning the steering wheel. Instead of being polite he unhooked and threw the hitch of the uhaul to the ground and said that he would do it. I have gotten uhauls from KK auto detailing since I could drive and thought with my return to Georgetown I would have a good experience in dropping it off. I will not get a uhaul from them again.
NICHOLAS BWe had reserved a truck at a different location and when we went to pick it up they said the truck was taken by someone else earlier that morning, so we were sent to a different location. No one was there. so we had to download the app and jump through hoops to get the truck. The truck was filthy both in the cab and in the back not happy at all with our experience.
