The right fender is pushed in at the door the right door will not open without creating more damage so we could not enter that door needs to be repaired other than that everything went very well thank you

Gas was near empty when I got the vehicle. The representative was impolite and only helped put on the dolly. When I asked about the vehicle, they said I had to do it on my own and didn't even stick around to see if I had it secured properly (My first time using uhaul). The brakes did not work well and there was essentially no AC in the vehicle. Be more polite, fill your vehicles up, be more accommodating to customers.
ELEXUS TVery difficult to get a big truck into. If there hadn't been one space left I would have had to leave it in the middle of the parking lot.
