The location was great but I did not have a good experience with the app for picking up the truck. This was after hours but thankfully someone from UHaul was there and helped me out big time. The app I would only give 1 star but the location and customer service of the place when I brought the vehicle back was great
TREVER DThere was a rear tire on the 6X12 trailer I rented that was very nearly bald. That's the only thing that I was concerned about. Everyone there was very helpful.
DIANNA SOur small cargo van had front suspension problems. It vibrated a little when you got up to speed. You couldn't adjust the side rearview mirrors because the knob on the switch was missing.
