I called at 9am to find out if they were open and how to return the U-Haul because I know they don’t always have people there. Got a call back at 11:30 which resulted in a late fee being applied

BRIAN VThe folks i dealt with were very friendly and helpful.
RICHARD N$29.95 and mileage became $135 for 53 miles. Don't ever expect to us U-Haul again. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Additionally, the equipment is old ~140,000 miles, the steering is very loose. I recommended the following to the company: send it on a one-way trip or use it for very short hauls.
