was charged an additional $15 for safe move? which I never signed up for. asked for a completed bill when returning truck and was told , oh we will email it to you so I never saw the $15 charge or I would have dispute it there! Other than that I have used u haul several times in the past 5 years and have always been able to see the final bill once returning the trucks.
