This location was very disappointing: They gave us a truck with a bad tire & was changed the tire off location 4 1/2 hrs later. Also the mirror had bird poop all over it. So the whole ordeal was stressful & very unpleasant. But Nate from the headquarters did make things right by giving us a nice credit. Thank You!

The truck is high mileage and the transmission seems out of wack. When I was braking the car it sounded like I was accelerating. Timing is messed up. Andrew was excellent and very helpful at Compass
Edward Cwas charged an additional $15 for safe move? which I never signed up for. asked for a completed bill when returning truck and was told , oh we will email it to you so I never saw the $15 charge or I would have dispute it there! Other than that I have used u haul several times in the past 5 years and have always been able to see the final bill once returning the trucks.
