Location did not have an available vehicle for me despite stating so. Was on the phone with customer service, transferred three times before sent to a new location. At the new location I acquired the rental. On RETURN, website was down saying I was not an active customer. I call three numbers before told to take photos, videos, and call in the morning to confirm the return. I drop off the keys and call the # to the location the next morning. The location phone number is inactive so my rental is listed as still active despite being returned the prior day and early. Contacted customer service and transferred to three different lines after before being told the area manager was notified and they will resolve it. Unsure if I will be overcharged, if its marked as returned, or if I will be charged further. Most stressful experience I have ever dealt with.
