Trying to use the app. To pick up remotely was not easy to use. It took a long time to get the truck and drop off. The location and truck itself was good!

No human was present on site, everything was done via the app. Although efficient, could have been a challenge if something needed to be addressed.
KAREN CAfter looking at my credit card statement days after I rented a truck. I was double charged. I've tried calling numerous times and left numerous messages and my calls and messages go unanswered. From my residence the county waste department is 4 to 5 miles away. I made only 1 trip there and back and returned the truck. I don't know how my rental was 108.00. And the only receipt I was emailed matched the contract amount of an estimated 64.40. I never received a receipt or any notification of any additional charges. I discovered it on my credit card statement. I can't appreciate no explanation for the additional charges. Nor can I appreciate having to take time off work to go get this matter resolved in person when it should only take a phone call
