The pickup process was terribly inefficient. The employee checking out equipment asked me all the same questions that I already answered while reserving the equipment on the uhaul app. While I could not see the monitor, the computer seemed exceptionally slow. I had arrived approximately 15 minutes prior to my appointment time and was there for nearly an hour to complete the process. There were several customers in front of me backed up well after their pickup times due to the slow process. I understand that sometimes things happen but there are other reviews related to this I noticed after the fact. This would probably explain the signs in the office about how customers need to be respectful, have patience, and a reminder that they reserve the right to refuse service. Well, I refuse to to go back there so I’m not too concerned about that. How about trying to improve your business rather than expect your customers to put up with subpar service and just shut up about it??? As far as the truck goes, it was far from well maintained. When I picked it up there was a headlight out, and the exhaust rattled like it was falling off. On the way back to turn it in, the check engine light came on. I was going to let an employee know during the checkin process but they were closed during their advertised open business hours.

SHANE MTruck was parked closely to other trucks and a bit hairy pulling out of the spot. Also no paperwork handed and no instruction to add gas when I was done. I was unaware of that. I was billed for 6 gallons which seems unreasonable since I drive 21 miles.
Steven GThey got EVERYTHING wrong. The 20-foot, one-way rental that I had reserved was not available. My pick-up was at 9:00 am. My truck was scheduled to be returned at 9:00 am (Cutting it a bit close?). It wasn't there. Eventually, after connecting with someone in a customer service role, I was given a 26-foot truck instead. The truck had an unrepaired, very large, spiderweb like windshield crack. I'd estimate that the crack was about 12" in diameter. Very dangerous. I had ordered 3 dozen blankets and a dolly. The dolly was available, but the place only had 6 blankets (Actually there were only 5). There was no vehicle inspection, and nobody did the courtesy of pulling the vehicle out for me, even though it was 26-feet long and parked close to other vehicles. Indifferent is a nice way of describing the service I received. A very sketchy operation. Never again.
