The lady at the pick up location didnt really understand the U-Haul computer system when I asked about the charges, so I was forced to call customer service.

Michael FWe were approached by someone who said they were an employee but had no identifiers. They wanted the keys and we tried to put them in the lock box, and the person got mad at us. Little scary.
