MICAH MThe experience was fine overall and what I expected for a moving truck. The website advertises .99 per mile, but I was charged 1.29 per mile. This made my bill approximately $30 more than I was expecting.
STACI WWe’ve never been charged for mileage before and didn’t realize that we were being charged for that until the return. We have an account with U-Haul because of a storage unit we rent monthly. So that was disappointing. But the overall service was great.
DAVID TEasy to return. The U-Haul facility was nice and clean. The staff was great and very friendly and knew the process very well. In fact the U-Haul app wasn't working well so they checked me in the old fashion way and sent me confirmation receipt confirming my return... I would come here again.. Also easy to get their trucks in and out of their facility for less experienced drivers who havent driven larger trucks before.
