The gentleman that helped me in the morning did appear to have probably worked all night, so for sure gave him a lot of grace. He was grumpy that the last customer didn't want to "self-serve" as much as the "self-serve" service the customer signed up for asked of them. BUT, the gentleman saw I had rented before and even said "I'll get you through this quickly. He even was helpful when I shared that I don't rent that often and could use a pointer on the chains, which he was awesome about. I'd say "just remember to give customers grace" and I would rate five stars for this location.
