The manager was belligerent and mean and didn’t care about our traumatic experience. He refused to not charge us for fuel in the new truck after the first one broke down even though we don’t know the gas the new truck had since we exchange it and all of our belongings in a field behind a boat repair shop in St. Augustine. The customer service rep said we would not be charged and so did the employee at the Morton Grove Uhaul. The manager said he didn’t care what anyone said or what we had been through and charged me for the gas. I will be leaving bad reviews on social media, Google, and may take legal action.

keith kI was surprised how easy it was to order the truck online. I had always done things in person and had to trust the process with ordering online. The truck was ready and I was able to gather keys to get the truck. I loved the fact the phone number for customer service, excellent. UHAUL is ready to answer questions and offer help. Excelent! I would use them again and again.
