The man that did my reservation was very rude and nasty. He snatched paperwork out of my hand. Very unprofessional.
marvette nI was told I’d be able to pickup at 15’ truck near my house and that was confirmed the day before. When I arrived for the pickup I was not able to pick up the truck and spent a lot of time with customer support. This resulted in me getting told I had to go to 10’ truck and would need to drive another 30 minutes to pick it up. Once I finally got to the truck my pictures would not upload, so I had to call once again. The experience was awful and wasted a ton of my move time. However, the customer support agent were great. Also the location which I got the vehicle from was great and the employee was kind.

Robert WI have never rented a U-Haul truck before they were very patient with me and when I returned the vehicle, they were very kind and understanding and explained everything to me. I could not have asked for a better experience.! I did not know where to put the gas so I paid for the gas and they helped me with understanding that very happy with the service that I received
