Door was locked when I initially arrived so I called. The person who answered the phone was very rude though she did apologize it soured my entire experience. The vehicle is not maintained as when I attempted to go over 40mph the truck shook like the wheels were going to fly off. I rented from this location a few years back and it was fine. Not sure what has happened since but service was definitely lacking.

Not much to improve at the location. The online reservation system said that the location opened at 7am and the location didn't open until 730am. This was an issue. Otherwise, everything was tiptop.

Make sure customer receives copy of balance owed prior to departure I should not have to wait till they email it to me. Would prefer immediate hardcopy.

Truck bed had some dirt upon return that a simple rinse would have gotten rid of it, but a 25 charge was applied with no pictures of what the truck bed looked like at time of pick up for comparison.

Return the truck and the guy didn't even cane out to look at the truck. Just ask did I refill the gas. And then said your good. And didn't complete my transaction until the next day. Very unprofessional

Getting a new location an people. I was reading reviews b4 I used this place. Some said they were charged 2 or 3 times the same amount. Well i was charged 4 times. I have my receipt for the 1 real charge, but I don't get how u are charged 4 times, an 1 charge came today. I just use this uhal yesterday. SAD!

I wish the staff would have been more helpful. Although I did opt for the mobile order I had trouble with the link and they just told me to call customer service. I eventually figured it out myself.

So it appears my card was charged twice for the $152.62 which is frustrating, once the transactions post I will be calling in. All I wanted to do was help a friend move who is struggling financially and then I get hit 2 times. $152 is a manageable price $304 is not. Thanks though everything else was great!

I was scammed to pay 113$ for my down payment to use truck for 5 hours less than 20 miles. He informed me I needed to pay 113$ holding fee and it would be returned to my card. He also did not correctly charge me for the actual miles and gas used. After transaction 113$ - 47$ I should have been reimbursed 65$ at least. Not happy with service at all. Stole my money.
