Isael BOwner charged me for 90 miles at pickup even after i stated i would be going less than 10 (was quoted $45 online). There’s no reason for a $150 hold should be on my account for a short trip uhaul. Definitely won’t go back to this location.

Gabriel CThey're very rude. I did a mobile pickup but they don't actually set it up so you have to go inside. Then they act like you're stupid. You did mobile, you have to do it on your phone. No, you didn't put the key in the lockbox so I'm here now. Upon return, checking it back in (again, mobile), I had the attendant outside opening up the truck telling me I had to remove things from the back of the U-Haul that were there when we rented (they obviously didn't run out and check the last renter) or I'd be charged extra. I sucked it up and helped guy out by removing them and because I don't want to be charged extra for something I didn't even do. As I'm taking my return photos they dude literally hops in the truck and moves it (see photo). I use U-Haul location is across the state and hands down this was the worst. Then to top it off, I completed my check in and go to get a drink for the road, he tells me he'd like me to wait in store because he doesn't think my card that I paid for rental with would go through. Horrible rental experience. O and the truck itself, horribly maintained. Gears slipping, super sketchy. I had it in reverse but it didn't shift out of neutral. Had to put in park and keep shifting to get it into reverse. Very very dangerous and honestly, I should get a refund just based on the death trap of a truck. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

DENISE POwner is very professional and runs his business like he cares about the customers. I've been renting uhaul trucks here for about 10 yrs. I always go there for my needs. He didn't have a truck I needed and he found a way to accommodate me within 20 minutes on Sunday at 12 noon.
Charles HGet your shit together and stop telling people to pick up where there are no trucks and stop telling people to drop off where they can't check trucks in.
Joseph MHire a new representative that handles uhaul reservations & speak professional. The lady at the counter did not understand my questions concerning the dolly in the uhaul without secure straps inside of the uhaul truck & when I asked her additional questions concerning the drop off she told me to shut up & give her back the keys. She was rude, she was unprofessional & didn’t inform me of the checkout process for a one way uhaul trip. Maybe it was a racial & cultural difference but I will NEVER go back to this location and I would never recommend anyone I know to go there. If people I knew had my experience she would be in a hospital.

Latarsha RMake sure the clock is adjusted for Daylight Savings so the customer doesn't find himself late, like I did which caused me to rollover to another day, but I needed so it worked out.

Greer TBetter customer service (peter) argued with me about gas ($20.00). I put $20.00 of gas in the truck before returning it. I offered to go over the truck when I returned it. I was told it was not necessary. I received the invoice with a $20.00 charge for gas. When I called to explain that I put gas in the truck ($20.00) the customer rep(Peter) argued with me . He said it was 7/8ths full. It certainly was not empty. Be cause of this conversation I will not use UHaul again and I willshare my experience with anyone who should ask me.
Edward PI’m not sure what the make up is as far as the engine and truck is concerned but every U-Haul that I have driven appeared to run really bad with horrible suspension issues. The one I had almost did not start at least five times during the time I had it however I was able to get done what I needed to get done and make it back. All in all it ended up being a good experience and I was able to get done what I needed to get done.
Robert F1. You should make people know in advance that these small trailers don't have a jack. 2. Proprieter was very helpful in making sure I knew how to use the equipment. 3. I got several phone calls asking me to return the equipment so that another family could have it. Once I'd gone past my scheduled return time, I had to pay for a whole extra day, so I had no incentive to return it for this other family to use. I returned it a few hours late and got charged for 24 hours late. If you really want me to return it so that another family could have it then you should have offered me some incentive, for example prorate the charges.
Jean PThe equipment wasn’t swept out but other than that in good condition. Easy process to get a truck, well stocked with equipment to rent. Let’s try a be a little more friendly.

David RI had reservation for 9.00am but I unable to get a vehicle until after 12.00pm. The vehicle was not available at the reserved location and I had to spend more money to get the van at another location over 20miles away. I was disorganized and I had to do my task late into the night. I am now making a claim of the transport charges from the reservation location to the next. I hope no other customer goes through this terrible experience.

Ken WTeach employee's to have respect to customer's and not be rude or cantankerous. This was the 1st time and last time I will ever use U-Haul at this location. It took over an hour to receive keys when truck was reserved. .I had to make 3 trips to get my paperwork and and took another hour to receive paperwork when returned key. I was accused of not topping off gas when delivered which was untrue.
brian sIn the past year+ I have rented many vehicles. This location definitely wasn't the best but also wasn't the worst. They were average. They provided a clean vehicle, and it was easy to drop off and pick up. Some other locations have locks on the backs, which is a nice feature, but as I said they got the job done.

tracy wThey did not believe me when I said I filled up the truck’s fuel tank. They insisted that I was wrong and that I was lying to them. They did not believe me until their guy checked it out. I felt belittled and unappreciated as a customer
Matthew SThe person working at the gas station (owner?) who signed me in was very friendly in the beginning. I turned the vehicle in after hours. While taking a picture of the cab, the cargo bay, the area I was parked and the odometer with the gas meter, a gentleman who was in a truck behind me began unloading his truck into the gas stations dumpster. I got a call today from the owner asking why my buddy was dumping in their trashcan. I told him I did not know the man even though he talked to me to tell me that the lights were on when I was walking to turn in the keys. As stated on my report there was an electrical problem that I noticed when I was using the truck that the lights took a long time to go out. These are the running lights I am talking about. So after the gentleman asked me about my buddy I told him I never met the guy in my life. He told me I was talking to him that he had it all on camera. I told him the man had told me about the lights and I said thank you I’ve already reported it. The owner then proceeded to tell me that that was the person I came with. I told him if he has it on camera then he will see that I turned in the keys and walked to the other side of the parking lot where my ride was waiting in a little red car not a giant black truck. The owner then hung up on me. Pathetic business I would never recommend! the vehicle was dirty but I would expect nothing else from these business owners.
