they aren't catering to their customers needs specifically parking. their parking lot is too small and dangerous. we had to park on a incline and my girlfriend hurt her arm that just had surgery trying to keep door from swinging out. there are multiple businesses here that take up the parking spots. only a matter of time before someone gets hurt and uhaul trucks damaged. i have driven trucks all my life most people have not! The gas gauge showed full but i put fuel in it anyway shut off didn't work which created gas spill at station. I swept out back also it appeared that hadn't been done before.
