I was told the gas gauge was at 1/4 of a tank. Started the truck and it was 13 mile until empty. Also, the rubber seal around the passenger door was just hanging there. Staff has always been polite and kind. This is the first time I’ve ever had an issue with

Too many steps to do at drop off
Laura ZUnfortunately I’ve had to utilize Uhauls services more than I care to these last couple of years. HOWEVER, this location was the BEST experience I’ve had with any and all of them in several states. They made this part of moving a breeze and painless. I will definitely use them again if the need ever arises!
