Truck had flat tire at location - took over an hour on phone with uhaul to get the truck switched. No dolly in truck - had to have that charge removed. Combination locks on key box were very difficult to open, and box #1 was very high - had to stand on tiptoes to undo padlock. Uhaul phone reps were helpful, but overall experience was tense and frustrating.
