I spent $55.00 trying to get the wiring harness to go into my 2016 Jeep your adapters do not work. I had to purchase and build something that would work. You need to change your adapters to more modern ones

I called uhaul customer service almost 7 times trying to get them to respond to my incident which they always closed it saying I never answered, NO ONE ever contacted me. Worst customer service in the world. Worst. Worst. Worst. I left something in the truck and when I went to go back and try to get it the guy slammed the keys on the counter and accused me of accusing him of stealing. Then proceeded to yell at me as I checked the truck, which he did NOT check thoroughly because my belonging WAS in there, continued yelling as I brought the keys back to MIGUEL. Not to mention he hung up on me over the phone. Worst. Absolute worst.

I didn't get to drop the truck off my self, my friend did (on rental app too lol), because i was trying to sort out some of the madness of ten billion boxes from my move to Tucson from Ak, but from what he said they were nice as it was agreed to switch drop off locales at their behest, due to increased need for our style auto. The bill was as expected, and even better, due to the two day sale they have been having, and from what i was told they were very nice. Would use again and do recommend.

Nothing. They were perfect. Needed something last minute-- they had it. Very pleasant and accommodating. An asset to the community.

Using this address (145 E. Yuma street) in my gps took me many miles out of the way.. The address on the building was OK.

The truck's cab was filthy and reeked of cigarette smoke. Chewing tobacco juice was crusted in the cup holders.

The guy was really nice. He was fun to chat with. And the truck was there on time as expected and in good condition. The whole experience was pretty darn flawless.

Terrible! Tri-City Furniture, Globe, employee, Miguel has no courtesy nor professionalism. The 26 foot truck had too much play on steering wheel and it was very difficult to keep the vehicle between the lines on the highways. I asked him I needed dashboard control instructions but he just ignored me. Consequence of this was I could not see the gauges on the dashboard at night and no idea of speed, gas, nor any gauges. When I pulled into K-Mart parking lot, gas gauge was at zero. I got help from K-Mart employees how I might be able to turn the dashboard light on. I drove through Salt River Canyon without speed meter at all. Miguel said he did not have air compressor when I asked to check the tire pressures. Just about every request or information were thrown out of the window and I left Tri-City with resentment and disgusted. The auto transport's ramp was impossible to unlatch and they were no help offering how to lower the ramp to load my car. Same for the cargo door of the truck, it was impossible to completely close the sliding door. You would have to find another man to close. Miguel's answer was all the trucks are like that! I will not rent from U-Haul again for I do not want to go through that kind of driving again. Miguel was only concerned with his own business and extended no concern to the customer. No air pressure checks, Poorly maintained truck and the transport - which led to hazardous driving. I feel cheated and I am very resentful.

Tri-City employee, Miguel, was not courteous and absolutely unwilling to help me at all. The truck had too much play in steering wheel and it was extremely difficult to keep the truck between the yellow center line and the white shoulder line on highways. Miguel said he did not have a air compressor and did not even check the air pressures on wheels. The auto transport was very difficult to lower the ramps - it was almost impossible. The cargo back door was impossible to close the last 6 inches and I had to find someone to help me close the cargo door. I cannot recommend Tri-City Furniture, Globe, to anyone. Miguel referred me to brochure to read every time I had question regarding the truck and transport, not willing to explain. He showed unwillingness over and over to help customer. He rented the truck without complete check up on safety before renting. I drove without dashboard illumination at night over 160 miles with no information on speed, gas, etc. When I pulled into K-Mart, I was at 0 on gas gauge. Only two employee from K-Mart helped me how to turn on the dashboard illumination. Miguel could have taken a few minutes to give control instruction, but he did not bother, he did not care. Tri-City Furniture was the worst U-Haul I have ever experienced and I would think twice before considering U-Haul again.

The oil change required light was on. It's the only place in town so I guess I would have to still recommend it.

The staff is friendly and competent enough if a bit slow. The box end of the truck was filthy with greasy sludge all over the floor and general debris and dirt. I had to mop and sweep it out before i could start loading! This was a fairly new truck (7000 miles) unacceptable!!!

Not a single thing Uhaul is GREAT just the way it is!

Guy was rude. My truck engine light was on when I got it. He said don't worry about it, it just needs maintenance. I asked what if the truck breaks down? He said if you break down, call # on truck. Alternator discharged entire trip, oil 4 qt low and break fluid half empty. Then when I returned truck in Tucson, another u haul employee backed up in a different u haul truck and hit my personal vehicle and caused damage. Was there for 2 hrs trying to get it taken care of, but all employees kept helping other customers including the asst.mgr. The one who hit my vehicle was VERY rude and never even said sorry. The asst mgr was very nice when he finally got to us, and apologized for the wait and everything else. So no, unless I have no other options, I will not ever use u haul again nor will I recommend anyone else to.
