The online process was very long and should not have taken an hour to get the vehicle. Issues with the process on the U Haul side and the dealer had limited computer skills which didn't help. The service was overall friendly and professional, but the process was to long.

The Hings are new to U-Haul. They took over half an hour to check us in. We now have a dispute with U-Haul over a "wrong destination charge" and they've tried to help, much more responsive than the area manager, Keith Nelson, or corporate customer service. We are telling everyone we know about the poor communication and lack of service. We've been hung up on, given unprofessional (snotty) tones and no answers. We've talked to 8 different people and no return call from the area manager. We have used the online contact form with no response. This has been a completely frustrating experience and we have now contacted our credit card company to not pay this charge.
