The online pickup service was lengthy but understandable. I preferred that as to dealing with the exceptional low quality employees at the location. I only used that location for convenience not for the character of the customer service.

Richard JOnly 1 of 2 cargo vans which were reserved was available. Location in Yorktown rented the 2nd cargo van the day before our pickup.
