Rating is a reflection of the change of drop off location that took me an extra 30 minutes to accomplish. Had I known this was the location I would not have rented it - but you guys conveniently waited until after I picked it up to let me know of the change.
Robert RLittle confusing on where to drop off. Signs pointing to the lot, but didn’t know where on the lot to put it to not block anybody. No one there to help.
