I have rented U-Hauls from this location several times in the past, so I was familiar with this location upon dropping an out of the area unit I had rented for a one-way trip bringing my daughter home from college.

When I picked up the trailer, it was missing the required wiring to connect to the truck. Another trailer next to it had the wire I needed, but upon inspection the trailer had multiple lights that were not working correctly. Had it not been essential, I would have denied the trailer, but there were no other options in the area available.
Chad PTraffic needs to make 2 vans available in Gloucester County instead of making us travel 25 miles away taking 2 people out of their delivery position on the day the cargo vans are needed.
CLYDE CA simple note, memo, any signage that one can think of to inform customers where the key drop-off box is located would be great. I returned the truck during hours of low visibility and could not find the drop-off box. I had to come back in the morning and physically hand them to an employee, which was a waste of my time and gas.
