The Trailer as well as all the other vehicles were not cleaned of snow and looked like they havent moved all winter. I had to dig the trailer out of the snow the jack was froze into the ground.

Unclear instructions regarding the contract guidelines. There was no washer fluid or wrong fluid out in and froze. Not ideal situation for a drive to ottawa and back
NATHAN HTruck was broke down, had to get a truck 62 km out of the way,gas gauge read half full we took a pic before leaving the lot than when we return the truck they wanted it full I stead of where the gas was when we picked it up (Godfrey) than they were going to charge $210 to go from Godfrey to sydenham one way,,,never again
