The staff at this location were very polite and helpful. They conducted themselves professionally and arranged everything smoothly. I am very satisfied with the service they provided. However, I have one complaint regarding the 545 Armstrong Rd, Kingston store. Three weeks ago, I booked a 10‑ft U‑Haul truck in person at that location. Unfortunately, one day before my scheduled pickup, they emailed me saying that a 10‑ft truck was no longer available. Their communication was quite impolite, and they told me I would need to pick up the truck from Godfrey General Store, which is approximately 45 km away from Kingston. As a result, I had to travel to that distant location to pick up the truck. This caused significant stress the day before my move, especially since no other 10‑ft U‑Haul trucks were available in Kingston at that time.

THE LITTLE UHAUL WAS EXTREMELY DIRTY INSIDE. COVERED WITH DUST AND GRIT. I HAD TO SWEEP AND THEN MOP BEFOR I COULD PUT ANYTHING IN IT. ALSO THE GODFREY LOCATION WORKER PUT IN THE WRONG DROP OFF LOCATION. WE CLEARLY SAID DROP OFF WAS AT NASHVILLE. HE SELECTED MADISON!!! CREATED A HUGE MIX UP WHEN WE TRIED TO RETURN IT TO NASHVILLE.

DOMINIC PMy experience started wrong when I had to go all the way to Godfrey (added 1 hour+ travel to my day) because there were no trucks available in Kingston. When I arrived, the truck only had 1/2 tank of gas and the box floor was dirty. I had to use some of the blankets I rented to put on the floor.
JUAN MThe Trailer as well as all the other vehicles were not cleaned of snow and looked like they havent moved all winter. I had to dig the trailer out of the snow the jack was froze into the ground.
