At this point I will never use U-Haul again. Staff rented the trailer to me messed up the contract been overcharged getting ready to dispute the whole charge because even the people from the corporate office and the main management are absolutely terrible at responding and getting back to me.

The only issue appeared to be some technical difficulties she was having with the handheld device needed to input information on and the redundancy of having to input it again on the desktop computer. She was great, everything was well checked and noted. Great place.
