This pick up location was fine and very helpful; your mobile APP and process for afterhours pick was probably the worst experience I have had using technology to make things "easier." It was not easier or better and I will never use that process again. After several attempts it finally allowed me to check in and I was able to get the key, but not the gate code. Also, your call-back system is terrible. It estimated a wait time of 8 minutes for a call back but the callback took over 20 minutes; by then the problem had been solved by the local agent, Stephanie, taking my call well-after her normal working hours.
