The U-Haul operator who called and told me where to do the drop-off told me the have the trailer to this location by 12:30pm. I arrived at 12:20pm and they were closed. Someone was nice enough to open the door for me and explained they closed at 12pm and she was nice to accept the drop off after hours.

Jim DThis pick up location was fine and very helpful; your mobile APP and process for afterhours pick was probably the worst experience I have had using technology to make things "easier." It was not easier or better and I will never use that process again. After several attempts it finally allowed me to check in and I was able to get the key, but not the gate code. Also, your call-back system is terrible. It estimated a wait time of 8 minutes for a call back but the callback took over 20 minutes; by then the problem had been solved by the local agent, Stephanie, taking my call well-after her normal working hours.
