Having the staff available was very helpful when the first trailer electrical harness started smoking, he immediately switched me to another one and was very helpful

Dasmine SThe guy who worked at Steve’s Auto repair and sales was almost an hour late for us to pick up the truck. When he did get there it took quite some time to get the truck to go. The outside of the truck was covered in mud and he said he cleaned the inside because it had been stolen. The back of the truck smelled awful. When we got the truck we were told there was a quarter tank in it and to refill it to the same spot before return. When starting the truck to leave the tank indicated there was only a few miles left till empty so we had to go to a gas station immediately. When we went to drop off (there was supposed to be someone there till 5) at 3:30/4 there was no one there to help. Overall just made for a horrible time.
