The check-in process was a little strange with no one coming out to view the trailer at the time of drop-off. The instructions weren't clear from U-Haul about checking the trailer in on line, so I had to contact U-Haul to be sure that everything was ok. Just not good clear directions on the process.

Had to wait 1 1/2 hours for check out. No key available. Over charged by U-Haul on mileage. Only had 16 miles but charged for 25. I would rather deal with someone in person. Spotty wi-fi in this area.
