Be upfront about the costs. Was charged $171 for additional mileage and received daily texts asking when the equipment would be returned because another customer was waiting for it we returned it one day early. No discount for early return yet additional mileage charge.

Steven HKey was not in locker, it was still in drop box. Thank goodness the staff was still there at the location so it could be retrieved. Overall it took over 30 minutes to obtain the rental.
