Maybe see if the customer needs help hooking equipment and need help unhooking the equipment. Me myself, I didn't mind hooking up the equipment or unhooking it when I returned it. A lot of people are not able to do it, and don't understand how it all works, or what is expected.The lady behind the counter was very pleasant and courteous to deal with.

Gary BI had several problems from this location They didn't have the pickup set for 7 amWe had to return at 11, when they opened. Next the gas tank was emptyFinally the 2 workers did not speak English. They called a woman who did. It was kinda strange
