Trailer was clean and ready and they were quick to hook it up and check all the lighting. In and out.
WILLIAM CThe truck would violently shake at certain speeds. Hopefully it’s fixed before anyone else drives it. Their computer system was down upon returning the truck. We didn’t anticipate having to make two trips because only a small truck was available so we were charged a dollar per mile beyond what we thought we needed which ended up being well over $300 more than original cost. I feel that was excessive.
