The owner of this location was quite rude and commented how he wished we were moving to Florida instead because he would make more money and stated he was only making $32 off of us like we were inconveniencing him or something. It was a very uncomfortable interaction.

For the 24/7 pickup & dropoff the app works great but all the help docs show the fully-active app that has not much else in the UI until pickup day and you are at the site. Need better 'what to expect' in terms of emergency and company verification steps....no preparation for that which probably causes customer frustration and delays.
