What is missing here is ‘rate the 800 operators you talked to’! I made a reservation for this truck 2-3 months in advance for a 9 am pickup. I was called 2 days before and told it would not be available until noon as they rented it to someone. THIS is bullshit!, completely unsatisfactory service! I had driven 6 hours day before and had help lined up to start at 9. So, I had to pay them even though work was not started until noon. DO YOU GET HOW THIS IS A PROBLEM FOR CUSTOMERS???

I had to work with the rental site several times to get the rental reservation correct. They kept putting the return date on the wrong day. Then I was charged for more milage than I actually drove. Working with Uhaul is a royal pain.
