The staff was so amazing. So kind and helpful. The hassle of renting this was a disaster in my head and I'm just so thoroughly surprised and grateful at how seamless and simple this process actually was. Give em a raise. Give em a song. Give em a free lunch. Make sure the Grand coule staff receives ultimate recognition for going above and beyond customer expectations. My mental health adores them.

Their was one issue with the cat trailer. First time I had issues at this location. Driver side ratchet inoperable. Used a strap from my truck for this. Good people here
