Everything at the Grand Coulee hardware location went very well. I can't think of anything that needs improvement. Steven was very helpful, personable, and professional. I highly recommend this location to anyone for uhaul rental.

The staff was so amazing. So kind and helpful. The hassle of renting this was a disaster in my head and I'm just so thoroughly surprised and grateful at how seamless and simple this process actually was. Give em a raise. Give em a song. Give em a free lunch. Make sure the Grand coule staff receives ultimate recognition for going above and beyond customer expectations. My mental health adores them.
Jessica WTheir was one issue with the cat trailer. First time I had issues at this location. Driver side ratchet inoperable. Used a strap from my truck for this. Good people here
