Axel W.Rented a trailer that was not swept clean. I returned trailer much cleaner than received. Also the trailer tail lights did not work. Only checked brake and turn lights with rental rep and he told me "good to go". Tail lights not working were definitely trailer issue as I have since hooked my tow vehicle to different trailer and no issues.
