The trailer was covered with sand and debris. One strap was too short to be able to tie it up after ratcheting tight over the tire.

RONALD HIf returning unit early, and you rent it out to next customer early, a little reimbursement should be given.
DEBRA HUhaul created a huge problem for me by not keeping my reservation and having my truck at my original pickup location this created alot of extra expense in time, miles and $$$ very disappointing and unprofessional. Uhaul obviously doesn't know the definition of a reservation!!!!!!@@@
