All good!!

I think it's ridiculous that you cannot book a Uhaul for longer than 24 hours on a "busy moving weekend" per the lady on the 1-800 number. Instead of guaranteeing yourself 2 days of rental you got one day from us and hoped someone else would take it the second day (they didn't.) The staff at the rental location were very friendly

Great customer service. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The owner did help to unhook the trailer, and instructed us to just leave it where we had driven in - they would look after it from there.

Trailer was advertised 4x7 it was not 4x7 in the box where it should be measured .wasted 11 hour trip snowmobile would not fit, very dissapointed.

The young staff that helped us were very rude. Not so much as a good afternoon or even a thank you. When the young lady asked one of her male colleagues to go start the truck he grabbed the keys and didn't look very happy to do this. The 26 ft truck windows were dirty. We brought the truck back before 5 and again this young lady told my son to put the keys and copy of the truck rental in the drop box than she said never mind bring it here and threw them on the counter and stated to him she was closing it on Monday. I just feel that we paid for a service and the customer service was very poor. I will never use that location again. Maybe if she had smiled at least. But her and her two young colleagues need to be more customer service aware.

Young guy's there. They work with women. (Not there own kind). I Strongly didn't trust them. The tires on truck had no suspension. I heart my back on that drive. The wheels where old fashioned. Flat. Not for field driving.(new house location) I got stuck. Didn't make it to the house. I could only load up 1/2 the Truck. Still having to pay $300 for the trip. I called for a tow and left. Terrible time with there trucks.for house hold moving.

My over all experience with uhaul was absolutely terrible. I was promised a 6x12 trailer and only received a 5x8. I had to end up leaving half my stuff in storage cause I couldn't fit it in the 5x8. Nobody seemed to care at all. I was told basically tough luck. I will never refer anyone to uhaul and I will never ever use uhaul for anything again. Absolutely pissed.

The interior of the cab was dirty and the passage window has very dirty on the inside. Also had very dirty oil. Other than that, it was very enjoyable to drive.

the staff does not identify with the company, they say "they" when referring to uhaul. 'Their system is bad', 'they will not give you money back for the extra gas you put into the truck'. I did in fact put in an extra quarter tank of gas in the truck (I was looking at a previous contract when I was trying to see how full it was supposed to be), when I explained this to the agent "I was told they will not give you money back for that" While the process in place for renting was very thorough when reviewing my liability for the truck, it did not make me feel like my business was valued at all.

trailer lights adapter should be included in trailer rental - customer shouldn't have to purchase additionally

Cab smelled like puke and there was dirt and hair all over the cab.

you were unable to provide me with the equipment i booked. I will not be using your services anytime in the near future

The truck I used had sqeeky brakes and the check engine light was on. Not very reassuring when moving a fully loaded truck. Although the people I dealt with over the phone and at the pickup shop where very pleasant and accomodating.

Best customer service ever. Melissa made the dispatch super easy. Scott and Bailey deserve gold medals for their help! Shawna and Jason made the drop off quick and painless. Rentco is by far the best uhaul depot EVER.

Want to go home - it is 4:40 close at 5:00 and brother here to pick me up. Clerk did not care about me. Got wrong trailer 6x12 instead of 4x8. Clerk called other Uhaul in city no go. Shoved me 1-800 number so I needed to call see if 4x8 anywhere. I was willing to go to Edmonton to get. 6x12 too big and heavy. Dispatch said nothing ANYWHERE including Edmonton - you think? Didn't believe him. 6x12 defective pulled back muscle trying to get it on and off hitch. I knew too heavy but Uhaul gave me no choice. Yes, Gill from Edmonton said would get $50 for wrong equipment. Worth it with lower back in pain. No.

Your system sucks. When I called and booked a trailer there was no menton at all of no trailers available at all in the region yet I was even called back and confirmed I would have what I needed. Well I call the day before only to find out you didn't have my trailer and you never did even though I got a confirmation call. So I had less then 6 hrs to come up with a trailer to move all my belongings from gp to sask. They weren't even gonna call and tell me. So it actually cost me an extra 500 in gas money because I had to make 2 trips instead of 1. So my 10 hr drive at 220$ turned into a 30hr drive at just under 650$. But hey you gave me 23$ in shrink wrap for free buttttt I had to make you give it to me so nope I'm not happy. Also he told me that what I would fit in the 6x12 he assured me would all fit in the 5x9 guess what it didn't. A very unsatisfied now completely broke single mother of 2 thanks uhaul
