This location and the folks working are as nice, friendly & helpful as could be. My 5 star review is for them specifically. I believe it was Britney & Steve who helped me. Thank you both! U-Haul on the other hand needs to address that their website advertises and allows customers to order specific motorcycle trailers and then not actually having them. Instead they have a flat trailer to use in place of it. If you are trailering a motorcycle then you know how important the wheel chock is. I scheduled with U-Haul specifically because of this advertised trailer. Yes, the flatbed works. True, it's not the end of the world, but it does add another layer of stress on top of every other thing your doing when moving or traveling. Not only did they not have it but the app/website was almost impossible to use in order to try to locate one. Please fix this U-Haul and shame on you for putting your employees in the position of having to deal with people over this. You are doing them and your customers a disservice.

Jonathan and his team were terrific and proactive in getting me hooked up and processed to get on the road. Very professional and kind. I rate this location as excellent, but to no fault of their own, Uhaul qualified my needs on the rental through their site, which told me what I needed to haul my Chevy Silverado. It determined that I needed the Toy Hauler trailer, but it doesn't come with any tie downs that you'd need to haul a vehicle. I had to hunt down heavy-duty tie downs and make it work. Again, not Shoreline's fault, but Uhaul needs to consider this.
Scott HI handed it in at 8:40 AM, I have proof of that, plus there are cameras and they charged me for an extra day because according to me I handed it in at 10:00 AM.
