This was the worst experience we have ever had renting a uhaul. We were scheduled for one time and then bumped to a later time without notification. The person at the location where we picked up the rental was incompetent and slow. We waited almost the amount of time to get a solution as the time we were inadvertently changed to without our notification. We had movers scheduled to help us move and had to pay them $500 more to stay to complete the move, which we would not have been able to do on our own, as we have a newborn baby. I would not recommend uhaul ever again.
