The vehicle was being used by a man who appeared to be homeless. When I was walking over to the vehicle, recording existing damages to the vehicle and a man who smelled profusely pops out of the vehicle with a beer can in his hand. This resulted in the vehicle smelling so bad it gave me a headache. I had no choice but to take the vehicle to prevent missing my daughters party start times which is what we rented the uhaulb for. The RR tire needed maintenance according to the dash board warning system. When I initially went into the store to rent the vehicle I was greeted by the clerk who proceeded to tell me he couldn't rent the vehicle to me because their system was down. Once I provided proof that the vehicle was already reserved and paid for he then contacted the owner who was able to remotely approve the rental. Overall, I was not verbally apologized to or offered any compensation for the overall experience.

The vehicle that I was assigned was extremely filthy. The seats were sticky, there were crumbs of food everywhere, and I had to still pay full price and clean up after the past renters. Ridiculous.

I’ve used this company for years and I’ve never been treated with such disrespect & poor quality. I will never return to this particular location.
