Service here was atrocious. It took over 40 minutes for the clerk to complete the paperwork and print the rental agreement. I would not recommend anyone use this location.

Your scheduling department guy is rude.. I booked my reservation 4 days in advance and he called wanting me to change my time . I did not agree to changing time . I recieved a email confirmation an the time an truck size was changed.

Vehicle just in okay condition. It got the job done. No straps available, had to get my own. Had issues with return. Lock on vehicle was cut and not replaced, so had to provide my own lock. Just not a great experience.

This is the worst experience I have had anywhere and I work in customer service. The clerk did not know what he was doing, he tried to charge me multiple times for the truck i rented and had already paid for. He talked down to me as if I was a child. Stating i did not pay yet and the price he told me was more than what I had already paid. After being called a liar, I went back out to my vehicle and called the uhaul company where i was hung up on twice. The third time i called the representative Ashley was very nice and polite and willing to help. Going back in after being told it was all resolved, the clerk tried to charge me yet again. After 40 minutes I was finally given paperwork to sign. He did not apologize or act professional in anyway. His appearance was off putting and he was down right rude. Getting in the truck it looked as if it hadn't been cleaned. It wreaked of cigarettes and had cigarette butts on the floor as well as ashes. From this ecperience i will not be renting from uhaul again. Had i known any of this from the beginning i would've taken my money else where instead of having to spend extra money now getting the cigarette smell out of my possessions. I am still not sure if I'm going to be charged for this rental more than once. I will be watching my bank account very closely. I rate this below a zero score.

When I turned my uhaul into Texas, the man told me I was lucky. When the man hooked up my uhaul he only put the brake chains on and not the trailer chains. If it would have come loose on my 1000 mile trip, I could have been killed ! Lesa Dustman

The guys did not wantt to let us have the the U-Haul that we had held he was fighting arguing with me about the U-Haul we had held he didn't want us to take it then when we got back he overcharged us and we even filled the U-Haul up with gas it had way more in it than it had when we took it he was just very rude I stood in line and I can't getting pushed out of the way by customers he didn't want to do the paperwork to all the customers were out of the shop so it was just really awful.. that U-Haul Storage is going to give U-Haul a bad name thank you

I was treated with such disrespect and disregard it was sickening. Both my boyfriend and I were berated, yelled at and made to look like a couple of jerks. We were talked down and given way below par customer service. I will pass along to any one that asks, just how awful they were. The guy behind the counter should be fired for the way he talks to customers.

I called the first day I had the uhaul roadside assistance. They sent none out. I called back the next morning and oh they had no record of me calling. Its ironic when the call dropped and I called back they knew who and what I was talking about. The next day they stated I had to pay out of pocket. I didn't have that type of money I just moved. I asked could they come get the truck and bill me and they said no. So 2 weeks later they come get and are billing me later. I feel I shouldn't have to pay for all those days when I tried to rectify the situation the first day.

If you're going to be open on a Sunday and you need to be there the hours you say that you're open. Not have customers waiting two-and-a-half to 3 hours for you to get back.

To begin with, my confirmed location for pickup did not have the trailer I needed and I had to be sent to a location 30 minutes away. This location was a small shop mart with a single staff member who is too busy with regular clientele of liquor, beer and miscellaneous purchase to handle U-Haul transactions let alone help with equipment. Availability of equipment was limited to one trailer so it was easy to find the one I needed but I was forced to hook it up myself and then had to retrieve the blankets myself.

It took over an hour for the clerk to process our rental. He said the system was down, so he asked me to leave my card number with him. Which bothered me, a lot!! I was also not happy that I had to go 13 miles out of my way to pick up the truck. Which was inconvenient.
