Our battery had to be jumped. Every time we stopped seven times to be exact. It was a total inconvenience, especially in this hot miserable weather of 100° plus very, very very disappointed in this U-Haul experience as I have used U-Haul for years when I need to stage for my real estate Business and have never ever had this experience before so disappointed but they did reimburse us $125 back for all our inconvenience but it happened seven times and it was miserable especially when we just were getting gas to unload in the morning and it was already 95° And we had to call somebody to jump us and they had to come an hour way to jump us please consider reimbursing us the full amount. We would gladly accept an apology and a credit. Thank you very much.
