The lady that rented us our truck was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Super polite, friendly and accommodating. If I have any needs for another truck or storage, American Secure Storage will be the first I call!
Keith EThe size of the truck was totally inadequate. I described my furniture sizes, appliances size and was told what size would accommodate them. It was way off. I had organized a loading party , involving several people and it was not possible to change the timing of this. I had to leave my twin mattress and box springs, a dresser, small barbecue and miscellaneous books. Then when we were beginning our drive across country in progressively warmer weather the AC failed to work consistently. The shifting was strange, racing engine o. Slate ground. I will not be doing business nor recommending UHAUL again. Clean and inviting locations don't make up for shoddy equipment and inadequate estimates for size needed. Your questions evaluating the drop off and pick up locations have nothing to do with the service or quality of your equipment. They are superficial.
deanne pWorst drop off location after hours. Nowhere to turn around with a trailer and very uneven ground. Wasn’t given a code to get in a gate.
